I saw long time ago on a walk with a family some puppies of Rhodesian Ridgeback and
since that time I knew that this is exactly breed what I want. My journey to this dream spent a long time and was not direct.

In the meantime Kirka came to our family - German shepherd female which I have up till now. Kirka satisfied me to have beautiful, large, intelligent and devoted dog, but my dream to have Rhodesian Ridgeback still existed. I had more and more information about Ridgebacks and my desire was stronger and stronger.

I visited Dog Exhibition in Trencin and there I met with Janka and Lubos, RR breeders. We managed common country rumble with my German shepherd Kirka and their ridgebacks Bardy and Girka. After this experience I knew that I want such ridgeback, no another way doesn't exist. We started together with looking for puppy, perhaps suitable for breeding in the future. Bardy had a litter in Switzerland, we focused there, but too late, all rr girls were already sold. We looked for a puppy further… Fortune smiled on us, there were suitable RR girls in Luanda kennel. There were nice sunny day during our visit inthe kennel and puppies played in the garden. It was difficult for me to choose, I had Janka and Lubos with me and they adviced me to take puppy n.8 A Crystal Spirit by Luanda.

After my driving back to home I was so happy. I observed Kirka behaviour how she played with small Sarka, as real mother and her puppy. They bacame a „inseparable girl friends” and they are the most excited when I open rear dooor of our car. They know it's time to go to Soblahov to visit Bardy and Girka.

My dreams are more realistic now, she is successful in the show ring, she won her the first BOBbefore her 15 months of age. It was at Grand Prix Slovakia 2009 in Nitra.She won another title in the final ring, it was Junior BOG and 2nd place in BOG of her FCI group as young among adult ridgebacks :-))
