We really didn't chosed our Aida… Breeder had last 2 females during our visit… My wife told „that one with small dark camouflage on her nose, please”… Initially, we didn't want to participate at exhibitions…
We visited a summer dog exhibition in Bratislava with our „little girl”, somebody told us „what lovely rr girl you have”, that was the right information for us… we immediately send entry form to the next exhibition and that is the very origin of our exhibition story…
Aida won her the first BOB as a 16-month (CACIB Bratislava 1999, SK), probably the youngest RR with such success. She had won a number of exhibitions, with many judges mainly due to very good movement, which inherited from her ancestors and that she passed to their offspring…
We always tried to resist the show madness and be out of chasing as much titles as possible for her… Aida was the guardian of the family calm she was „a bumper for all the negative passions”…
It is said that dog is the image mirror of his master, our Aida was absolutely well balanced and calm ridgeback… until she felt something unfair, then she solved it very strictly…
She left us suddenly on Easter Monday 2005 after fatal problems caused by torsion of small intestine, and then nearly 4 hours she left us on surgeon table… It was a shock for us, it took a very long time until we were able to talk about our grief aloud…
